CLE is for Attorneys and GALs representing adults and juveniles and Attorneys whose clients are primary caregivers for individuals experiencing acute or chronic mental health crises. Presenters include Chief Magistrate Adam Willard, CSB Gabriel Duer, Mary Catherine Gibbs, Partner, Wire Gill, LLP, and Special Justice Ellen M. Dague. Training includes mock scenarios for various points of contact with the involuntary mental health system and addresses client confinement by law enforcement and the Court.
